Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd offers an internship in Health and Safety as part of the H12027 cohort, starting January 2027. Full-time commitment preferred.

As an Intern, you will contribute to safety, sustainability, and biodiversity initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong digital literacy for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; take initiative and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Process Improvement across diverse projects focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement New Technologies and digitalization initiatives.
  • Report KPIs and build action plans for continuous improvement based on data collected.
  • Data Analysis to identify trends informing decisions and improving processes.
  • Lead Sustainability Projects within the Distribution Center, aligning with environmental goals.

What will you do:
  • Support Process Improvement:Assistin diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement New Technologies:Help in the implementation ofnew technologiesand digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations.
  • Report KPIs and Action Plans:Analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs) andassistin building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected.
  • Data Analysis:Conduct data analysis toidentifytrends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes.
  • Lead Sustainability Projects:Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the DistributionCenter, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals.
What qualifications will make you successful:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy and the ability to leverage technology for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong self-motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage responsibilities independently, and contribute effectively to team objectives.
