Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive Safety Officer to support the Safety Manager in implementing Workplace Safety & Health policies across project sites. You will coordinate inspections, risk assessments, and safety documentation to uphold compliance with WSH regulations.

You will liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities such as MOM, NEA, and PUB; organize WSH meetings and training; and lead the site safety team to sustain a safe, compliant workplace in line with

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with relevant LTA/Construction experience.
• Understanding of WSH regulations and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Manager in implementing and enforcing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and monitor compliance with WSH regulations and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain safety records and reports.
• Prepare and implement Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Risk Assessments (RA), and other HSE documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and government authorities (MOM, NEA, PUB) on safety-related matters.
• Organise WSH meetings, safety training, and HSE awareness programmes.
• Lead and supervise the site safety team to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Perform duties as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with Singapore regulations.
