Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd is recruiting a Safety Officer to support the Safety Manager in implementing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies across project sites in Singapore.

You will conduct site inspections, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with WSH regulations, while preparing SWP and RA documents. You will liaise with teams, subcontractors, and government authorities to promote a safe work environment and lead the site safety team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Safety/WSH preferred, leadership abilities, team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Manager in implementing and enforcing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and monitor compliance with WSH regulations and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain safety records and reports.
• Prepare and implement Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Risk Assessments (RA), and other HSE documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and government authorities (MOM, NEA, PUB) on safety-related matters.
• Organise WSH meetings, safety training, and HSE awareness programmes.
• Lead and supervise the site safety team to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Perform duties as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with Singapore regulations.
