DSO National Laboratories invites applications for a Manager (Safety & Health) to shape and uphold our safety governance across the organisation. You will lead incident investigations, monitor safety indicators, prepare management reports and serve as the go-to advisor on policy interpretation for diverse stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, MOM safety officer registration, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field as listed.
• Registered MOM safety officer.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools for safety reporting, data analysis and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement internal safety and health regulations aligned with legislation.
• Investigate incidents, identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor safety indicators, analyse trends and propose improvements.
• Prepare safety reports for management on performance and continuous improvement.
• Act as the key contact for safety inquiries and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with safety representatives and facility managers and foster a proactive safety culture.
