Job summary

Asia Advance Human Resource is seeking a Safety Coordinator (WSHC) in Singapore East (Tampines) for a permanent role. 5.5 days week, alternate Saturday off, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm. Salary range 2,800–3,500 SGD with AWS and variable bonus.

Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided. Requires safety/WSH experience in construction and relevant safety certs. Role involves supporting WSH Officer, site inspections, ensuring PPE compliance, maintaining records, and coordinating with client safety

Qualifications

• Any Safety / WSH working experiences in Construction Industry
• With Safety Certs (Pls indicate inside your resume)
• Able to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Support WSH Officer in implementing safety management systems (OHSAS 18001 / IMS).
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings, and enforce safe work practices.
• Ensure workers attend safety training, comply with PPE requirements, and maintain good housekeeping.
• Maintain safety documentation, equipment testing records, and coordinate with client safety representatives.
• Assist in accident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on safety committee recommendations.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, first aid/firefighting equipment, and environmental health compliance.
