Job summary

New Castle Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support civil engineering and underground cable installation projects in Singapore. You will lead on-site safety inspections, ensure compliance with Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures, and conduct toolbox talks to promote a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate holds a WSH/Safety certification, has 2–3 years of construction safety experience, and can communicate clearly with Project Managers and site teams.

Qualifications

• WSH/Safety certification required.
• 2–3 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Experience in civil, roadworks, utilities or underground works is an advantage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently at multiple project sites.
• Willing to work night shifts or weekends when required.
