B H S Kinetic PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to uphold site safety standards within our manufacturing and construction operations. You will conduct training, inspections, and risk assessments, coordinate with RM team, and enforce company safety policies to protect workers.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, ITE/ Diploma, bilingual in English and Mandarin, and proven ability to improve safety systems while complying with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to initiate improvements to safety systems.
• Must have MWAH & WSH level B training competency.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking customers/counterparts.

Responsabilités

• Ensured workers adhere to safety regulations and provided necessary training.
• Promoted safety practices and ensured compliance with safety regulations at work site.
• Implementing & maintaining Safety & Health Management System.
• Enforced safety requirements & in-house rules & regulations on site.
• Carry out safety inspections, hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Assist in accident/ incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
