Job summary
Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for our SaaS platform and AWS cloud environment in Singapore. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, and effective stakeholder collaboration to drive technology-enabled business improvements.
You will translate business needs into functional specs, work with product, engineering, QA and cloud teams, and support SIT/UAT and release activities in an office-based setup.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong BA background.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional specs, and user stories.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and SaaS environments.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows and interfaces.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, testing and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops and interviews with business and technical teams.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
- Work with SaaS and AWS Cloud teams on integrations and migrations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, cloud, and product teams to ensure requirements are implemented.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
