Job summary

BIT is building tokenized assets and on‑chain infrastructure to power digital asset finance. We seek a senior blockchain engineer with 5+ years of software development and 2+ years in smart contracts to own core modules across Ethereum, Solana, and Move-based chains.

You will design secure, gas-efficient contracts, enable multi-chain issuance, and work with OpenZeppelin standards, LayerZero, and CCIP integrations for institutional-scale products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in smart contracts.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Move.
• Experience with multi-chain deployments and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core smart contracts for tokenized RWA products.
• Develop across Ethereum, Solana, and Move-based chains; enable cross-chain transfers.
• Implement upgradeable architecture and robust access control.
• Collaborate with DeFi protocols and integrate oracles and security audits.
• Ensure secure, gas-efficient code with comprehensive tests and monitoring.
