Job summary

BIT is seeking a fresh graduate to support day-to-day operations of RWA products in Singapore. You will assist in maintaining SOPs, coordinating with product, compliance and custody teams, and help streamline asset lifecycle processes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets to track data and support operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fields.
• Strong logical and structured thinking.
• Able to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation).
• Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle management.
• Work closely with product/compliance/custody teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements.
• Perform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions.
