Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services group, is seeking a fresh graduate for a hands-on operations role at the core of our platform. You will run the daily workflows that keep our products functioning—handling real assets, real money, real on-chain transactions.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end RWA operations, collaboration with product, compliance and custody teams, and the chance to learn how a live platform operates in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fields.
• Strong logical and structured thinking.
• Able to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation)
• Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle management
• Work closely with product/compliance / custody teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements
• Perform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions
