Job summary

MON Co. is building a next-generation Real World Assets DeFi protocol in Singapore, serving as the technical owner of the project.

You will lead a team of engineers across smart contracts, backend infrastructure, and integrations, shipping production-grade systems with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. You will architect, code, review, and ship in a hands-on leadership role, collaborating with auditors and stakeholders to align technical decisions with product strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years engineering experience with at least 2+ years in crypto/DeFi.
• Strong hands-on experience with Solidity (or equivalent EVM languages).
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (lending, AMMs, liquidations, yield mechanics).
• Proven experience leading engineers and shipping complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of the RWA protocol across on-chain and off-chain systems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers (~5) to deliver secure, robust code.
