Job summary

Endowus is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to define & implement the technical vision for Retirement Solutions in Singapore. You will bridge business goals with engineering execution, guiding complex financial workflows toward scalable, regulated outcomes.

You will own system architecture for a cloud-native microservices stack, drive technology strategy, ensure MAS compliance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, product, and operations to deliver resilient financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and architecture.
• FinTech/enterprise systems experience.
• Design of scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture for retirement vertical.
• Drive technology strategy and build vs buy choices.
• Ensure security & regulatory compliance from the start.
• Oversee implementation and code quality.
