You will develop and maintain exchange connectivity, market data and order management systems, and optimize low-latency infrastructure while collaborating with traders and quantitative researchers to deliver production-ready tools and reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Rust for concurrent, high-performance apps.
• 3+ years building backend systems in latency-sensitive finance domains.
• Experience with exchange connectivity, market data, and trade execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performance trading platform for live trading.
• Develop and maintain exchange connectivity, market data and OMS.
• Enhance low-latency infrastructure and execution systems.
• Build core components such as OMS, engines and risk controls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve production trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders and quants to deliver production-ready tools.
