The role offers a clear path to a trading career through hands-on mentorship from the Global Head for Rubber and early involvement in P&L management and commercial decisions.

The position targets an MBA with 1–3 years post-MBA experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and Mandarin fluency for China-facing operations.

Qualifications

• MBA required with 1–3 years post-MBA experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI with a detail-oriented, analytical approach.
• Native or business-fluent Mandarin required for China-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support trade execution on the SICOM rubber futures desk, including trade booking, reconciliation and tracking.
• Conduct supply and demand analysis alongside the Rubber analyst team.
• Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and governance reports to support trading decisions.
• Track Asia Trading P&L and perform variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, risk, and supply chain teams.
• Support digitalization and process automation initiatives across the trading value chain.
