Responsibilities

• Support trade execution on the rubber futures desk, including trade booking, reconciliation, and tracking.
• Conduct supply and demand analysis with the Rubber analyst team.
• Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and governance reports to support trading decisions.
• Track Asia Trading P&L and perform variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, risk, and supply chain teams.
• Support digitalization and process automation initiatives across the trading value chain.
