Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise building works in Housing & Development Board projects from Boon Lay. You will ensure compliance with Building Control Act, drawings, and consultants' instructions, and attend meetings with project teams.

The role requires a Civil & Structural engineering degree or diploma and RTO registration with BCA/IES/ACES. Annual package includes a basic salary up to $7,000 with AWS and variable bonus; 5.5 work days,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineering.
• Must be registered as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
• At least 5 years of experience as an RTO on HDB projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building works under the Building Control Act, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and consultants' site instructions.
• Ensure contractors comply with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to meet required standards.
• Review drawings and specifications for discrepancies and report issues to consultants.
• Attend meetings with project consultants and clients.
• Prepare project progress reports.
