Job summary

LOOK ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with strong supervision experience on Housing Development Board projects. You will ensure compliance with Building Control Act, project specs, and consultant instructions on site.

You will inspect materials, review drawings, attend client meetings, and prepare progress reports to keep projects on track with Singapore codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (C&S).
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
• At least 5 years’ experience as RTO on HDB housing projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building works as per Building Control Act, project specs and approved drawings.
• Ensure contractors comply with prevailing Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for required standards.
• Check drawings and specs for discrepancies and inform consultants.
• Attend meetings with project consultants and client.
• Prepare progress reports for the project.

• Ensure contractors execute works in compliance with prevailing Singapore building codes& regulations

• Check drawings and specifications for any discrepancies and inform the consultants
• Attend meetings with project consultants and client
• Prepare progress reports for the project
