Job summary

AUGUST INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Supervisory professional to ensure projects adhere to contracts and regulations, inspect materials, and perform quality tests. You will prepare progress reports and read project drawings, while representing clients on construction sites.

The role requires IES/ACES accreditation, BCSSC, a Civil/Mech/EE degree or diploma, at least 5 years in residential development, and a Class 3 license. Shift work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered and valid RTO with IES or ACES.
• BCSSC certificate.
• Min. 5 years of residential development experience.
• Willingness to do shift work.
• Class 3 driving license held.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mech/EE.
• Strong detailing/drawing and construction knowledge.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate;
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to do shift work
• Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possessed class 3 driving license
• A recognised Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
