Job summary

The role requires analyzing processes, identifying opportunities, and delivering end-to-end RPA projects with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• 3+ years of experience delivering RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
• Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for automation projects.
• Conduct process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, including planning, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Facilitate UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and delivery standards.
