Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to analyse workflows, develop automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency across operations, finance, and procurement.

Ideal candidates are final-year diploma students in IT, BIS, or Data Analytics who are eager to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student in IT, BIS, Data Analytics or related field.
• Familiarity with RPA, Excel VBA, Python preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis and optimization with stakeholders to identify pain points and improve efficiency.
• RPA development and low-code tooling to streamline operations.
• Engage with users to understand requirements and support implemented solutions.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to provide operational insights for data-driven decisions.
• Support project delivery, testing, and ad-hoc initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and adapt to unforeseen challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
