Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore is offering a Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 focused on Digital Transformation and Automation. You will gain hands-on experience across RPA, app development, and system integration, contributing to end-to-end digitalisation initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop RPA solutions, and build dashboards. Ideal candidates are Year 2/3 undergraduates in related fields with a proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3 pursuing a degree in Business AI Systems, Data Analytics, IS, CS, or related fields.
• Strong ability to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions.
• Eager to learn new tools quickly with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Keen interest in digitalisation, automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across operations, finance, and procurement.
• Develop and implement RPA solutions to reduce manual processes.
• Support application development and integration of digital tools and systems.
• Build dashboards and tools to enhance decision-making and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
