Synapxe offers an internship for final-year diploma students in IT, BIS, or Data Analytics to gain hands-on experience in RPA and healthcare workflow optimization in Singapore. You will analyse processes with stakeholders, develop automation solutions using RPA and low-code tools, and build dashboards to inform decisions in the public healthcare sector.

This role emphasizes curiosity, proactive learning, and collaboration as you contribute to health tech initiatives that aim to transform health

Qualificações

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
• Interest in automation, digital transformation, process improvement, or data analytics
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Python and data analysis concepts
• Exposure to RPA tools, Power Platform, low-code technologies, or programming is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsabilidades

• Process Analysis and Optimization: Work with stakeholders to analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• RPA & Low-Code Development: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, low-code platforms, and workflow technologies to streamline business operations
• Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with users to understand business requirements, provide support for implemented solutions, and identify opportunities for further optimisation
• Data Analytics & Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards and visualisations to provide operational insights and support data-driven decision-making within the healthcare sector
• Project & Operational Support: Assist in project delivery, documentation, testing, and ad-hoc initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the organisation
• Ad Hoc Task: Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as per required and to respond promptly and effectively to unforeseen challenges, and a problem solving mindset

Gain hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process improvement within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with stakeholders to analyse workflows, develop automation solutions, and improve operational efficiency across areas such as operations, finance, and procurement.

The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following
