Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking an Assistant Manager to design and develop automation and AI solutions for vehicle-related data services in Singapore. You will build RPA workflows, deploy AI-enabled tools, and craft dashboards and data products for internal and external stakeholders.

You will translate complex data into clear insights to support policy-making and publish findings on LTA and OneMotoring platforms, collaborating with leaders and diverse partners to drive adoption of

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or HCI is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath/Power Automate) and/or AI tools.
Ability to design clean, user-friendly dashboards and reports for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SQL and relational databases is helpful.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Self-directed learner of AI and automation technologies.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
