Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic RPA and Agentic AI developer to join the Agentic Intelligence team. You will design, develop and deploy automated workflows leveraging AI agents and RPA bots across client engagements, both onsite and remote.

Ideal candidates have hands-on UiPath experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with integrating APIs and data services. Travel up to 50% may be required as part of project deployments in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms, with AI-driven automation exposure.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith is an added advantage.
• Understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts: goal-oriented execution, multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration.
• Experience with building APIs, services, or applications to support automation.
• Experience with IDP using UiPath Document Understanding or similar.
• Experience integrating applications via REST APIs, web services, databases.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM concepts; prompt engineering.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall; travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Serve in roles including Business Process Analyst, RPA developer, Agentic AI developer, Support Engineer.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and define agentic automation use cases.
• Analyze processes and design agentic workflows with AI agents and RPA bots.
• Gather requirements into automation workflows, context design, orchestration logic.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and AI workflows.
• Deliver automation in onsite and remote client engagements.
• Monitor and maintain RPA processes and AI agents; track performance.
• Provide L1-L3 support, prompt tuning and incident resolution.
• Travel up to 50% or more.
