Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore seeks motivated individuals to join its Consulting Trainee Program specializing in Agentic Automation and Agentic AI. Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Basic programming concepts in Python, C#, Java, or similar.
Strong interest in Software Engineering and Automation technologies.
Interest in applying AI features within enterprise software solutions.
Understanding of SDLC is an advantage.
Exposure to RPA, AI-enabled platforms, or cloud technologies is a plus.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following software engineering practices.
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
Develop automation workflows, reusable components, and integration modules.
Utilize AI capabilities available within software platforms to enhance automation solutions.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Document technical design, code logic, test cases, and deployment procedures.
Support solution deployment and post-production monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
