ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an motivated RPA/Agentic AI Developer to join the Agentic Intelligence team.

You will design, build, test and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and cutting-edge LLM-based tools across onsite and remote client engagements. You will translate business requirements into automated solutions, integrate APIs and services, and document BRD/PDD/SDD. The role expects 1–2 years in RPA, familiarity with LangChain/LangSmith, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
1–2 years hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms.
Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith for agentic workflows is an added advantage.
Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL).
UiPath ADP certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
Ability to translate business requirements into RPA and agentic automation solutions.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as Business Process Analyst, RPA developer, or agentic AI developer across multiple assignments.
Collaborate with customers to identify and define agentic automation use cases.
Analyze processes and design agentic workflows with AI agents, RPA bots and system integrations.
Gather requirements and translate into automation workflows and orchestration logic.
Design, develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and agentic AI workflows.
Create and review BRD, PDD, SDD and agent design artefacts.
Deliver automation solutions in onsite and remote client engagements.
Provide L1–L3 support and incident resolution, optimize prompts and agents.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and maintainable.
