Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking a skilled RPA/AI Developer to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and agentic AI workflows. You will gather requirements, model processes, and craft scalable automations across diverse client environments.

You will collaborate with business teams to translate needs into automated solutions, integrate APIs and data sources, and ensure quality through thorough testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Hands-on UiPath or other RPA platforms (1–2 years).
• Exposure to agent orchestration and LLM frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and database integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve in multiple roles including BPA, RPA developer, and AI developer across engagements.
• Identify and define agentic automation use cases with business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, deploy and document RPA and AI workflows.
• Create and review BRD, PDD, SDD and agent design artefacts.
• Deliver automation solutions onsite and remotely to drive adoption and ROI.
