Job summary

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is seeking a senior leader to head the Rooms Division. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.

You will drive room revenue through upselling and inventory control, coach and develop high-performing teams, and partner with the Executive Committee to achieve the hotel's business goals.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division experience in an international full-service hotel.
• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, Director of Rooms or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership across Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, labour management and P&L performance.
• Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
