Job summary

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is seeking an experienced Rooms Division leader to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations, driving exceptional guest experiences and financial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a broad team across departments, ensuring brand standards, operational excellence and revenue growth.

• 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division experience in an international full-service hotel.
• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, Director of Rooms or equivalent leadership role.
• Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Drive room quality, cleanliness and compliance with IHG brand standards.
• Maximise Rooms revenue through upselling, inventory management and cost control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and lead effective service recovery initiatives.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across departments.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division experience in an international full-service hotel.
• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, Director of Rooms or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership across both Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, labour management and P&L performance.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence and team development.
• Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
