Job summary

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms / Rooms Division Manager to lead the Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and business performance.

You will report to the General Manager, oversee operational excellence, budgeting and staff development, and collaborate with the Executive Committee to achieve hotel goals.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division experience in an international full-service hotel.
• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership across Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, labour management and P&L experience.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
