Job summary

NTUC Club is seeking a Room Attendant to complete cleaning tasks in assigned rooms within prescribed timeframes. You will carry towels, linens and cleaning supplies on wheeled carts, clean waste bins, empty ashtrays, and dispose of all trash and waste items from rooms.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, independence, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping (Room Attendant) experience in Singapore, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holiday
• Ability to follow instruction and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Positive, willing to do the extra and not afraid of hard work

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning tasks on assigned rooms within prescribed timeframes
• Carry towels, linens, toiletries and cleaning supplies, using the assigned wheeled carts
• Clean waste bins, empty ashtrays, and dispose of all trash and waste items from rooms
• Sweep and mop floors using cleaning tools
• Replenish supplies, linens and bathroom items
• Perform the cleaning in accordance with the cleanliness standards
• Fully understand and comply with workplace safety rules and regulations
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
