Job summary

Metropolitan Young Men''s Christian Association Of Singapore is looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join our Hospitality team. You will help ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming for guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across stay-over, check-out, and day-use rooms. Training is provided for candidates without prior housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to perform physically demanding duties, including standing, walking, bending and lifting during the shift.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and attentive to cleanliness and details.
• Able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Ensure housekeeping trolley, equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and replenished.
• Report defects, damages, lost-and-found items or unusual situations promptly to the Supervisor.
• Assist with the cleanliness of common and public areas when required.
