Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant

Contract Period: 1 year or to be discussed

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors and restrooms.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, linens and other housekeeping supplies.
• Assist with laundry duties, including collection and delivery of guest laundry and handling of soiled/clean linens.
• Attend to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Identify and report defects, damages, maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
• Maintain guest privacy, security and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
• Provide shift updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor and work closely with the housekeeping team.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; housekeeping or similar experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties and stand for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
