Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring surfaces are spotless.
• Ensure bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, stocked with toiletries, and presented with attention to detail.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Pay attention to guest preferences and special requests to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure hotel equipment and furnishings are in good condition and properly maintained.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, ensuring their requests are addressed promptly.
