The Garcha Group is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Associate to join its boutique hotels in Singapore. You will handle cleaning checklists, inspect guest rooms, and respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality, strong English communication, and ownership of a certificate such as NITEC. A Marriott-linked benefits program and site-specific perks support your career development.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1–3 years of hospitality experience.
• Opera PMS/Cloud, Marriott Global System, hotel housekeeping experience; strong communication and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of assigned areas.
• Identify room cleaning requirements and room type.
• Inspect guest rooms after housekeeping.
• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures and ensure vacancy.
• On-time attendance in proper uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
• Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room. Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
• On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
• Any other duties / tasks as requested by management.

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues is highly preferrable.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Required skills: Opera PMS/Cloud, Marriott Global System, Hotel Housekeeping Experience, Diligent, Trustworthy, Articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
