Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a robotics software specialist to design and optimize fleet management algorithms across multiple robotic systems.

You will build simulation tools, analyze telemetry data, and develop scalable software for reliable integration between fleet platforms and robots. The role requires strong foundations in algorithms, optimization, and operations research, with proficiency in Python, C++, or C#.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• Strong background in algorithms, optimization, and OR, including scheduling, routing, and graph-based methods.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or C#, with experience building scalable, maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Design algorithms for fleet scheduling, task allocation, routing, and resource optimization across robotic systems.
• Develop intelligent strategies for robot traffic management, dispatching, and coordination in dynamic environments.
• Build simulation and testing environments to evaluate fleet management strategies and verify system reliability and performance.
• Analyze robot telemetry and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve fleet efficiency.
• Develop scalable software components enabling reliable communication between fleet management platforms and robotic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on deployment while maintaining documentation and adopting robotics advancements.
