OTSAW DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Accounts Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and reporting. You will coordinate with project teams on cost tracking and inventory accounting for robotics products and components.

The role involves processing supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and assisting with month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; tech or robotics environment a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo, MYOB).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing or technology setup.
• Interest in robotics, automation, or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and update accounting records per company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist with project cost tracking and expense allocation for robotics products or R&D activities.
• Liaise with internal departments on financial and billing matters.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax submissions.
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
