Job summary

OTSAW DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day finance operations. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting under internal policies and statutory requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently. Work hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with weekends off, in a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and basic tax/GST knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and petty cash.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax filings.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and invoicing matters.
• Assist in inventory, fixed assets, and cash flow tracking if applicable.
• Perform any other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
