Job summary

Tyson Jay Management invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration. You will own PCB design, schematic capture, and board bring-up, collaborating with mechanical and firmware teams.

You will prototype, test, and iterate, supporting transition from prototype to production, and contribute to cabling, signal routing, and connector selection for electromechanical assemblies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Solid foundation in PCB design, power electronics, and signal processing.
• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and board-level debugging.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with mechanical and software engineers.
• Open mindset and willingness to work on unfamiliar problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration.
• Own PCB design, schematic capture, and board bring-up.
• Work on cabling architecture, signal routing, and connector selection for electromechanical assemblies.
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to integrate electrical systems into the full product.
• Test, debug, and iterate on electrical designs through prototyping and production cycles.
• Support the transition of designs from prototype to production-ready.
