Qualificações

• Experience in mechanical design, product development, or engineering design environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or equivalent 3D design platforms.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing, or injection moulding.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to solve practical design and integration challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for advanced hardware products.
• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation using CAD tools.
• Support product development activities from concept, prototyping, testing, and validation through to production.
• Conduct mechanical testing and analyse performance, reliability, and failure modes to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimise designs for quality, cost, and manufacturability.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support design decisions and product performance.
• Maintain technical documentation including BOMs, drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
