Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for our next-generation products in Singapore. You will own PCB design, power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration, ensuring robust performance.

Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams to bring concepts from prototype to production, conduct tests, debugging, and iterate designs. An equity program and performance bonuses are available, aligned with company growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Solid foundation in PCB design, power electronics, and signal processing fundamentals.
• Hands-on hardware prototyping and board-level debugging experience.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with mechanical and software engineers.
• Open mindset and willingness to work on unfamiliar problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration
• Own PCB design, schematic capture, and board bring-up
• Work on cabling architecture, signal routing, and connector selection for electromechanical assemblies
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to integrate electrical systems into the full product
• Test, debug, and iterate on electrical designs through prototyping and production cycles
• Support the transition of designs from prototype to production-ready
