Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to assemble complex modules and systems, including device enclosures, panels and racks, and provide box-build services using programmed robotics, following customer requirements and specifications. The technician also conducts basic testing and calibration on the finished product.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in mechanic and electrical theories.
• WSQ Workplace Safety in Metal Work training is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly for Mechanical components according to WI/OMS.
• Work with varying materials; assist robots' installation and teaching; alignment.
• Ensure product accuracy and conduct Vacuum Leak Checks.
• Monitor efficiency and contribute to on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Provide feedback for continual production improvement.
