Qualifications

• 1 year in equipment assembly and/or testing preferred. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical modules.
• Execute functional tests based on work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting for assembly or test failures together with Production Engineers.
• Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain proper traceability.
• Meet daily output and cycle-time targets for both assembly and testing tasks.
• Verify parts against BOM and ensure components are correct before assembly.

Skills

Ability to read English‑written work instructions

Knowledge in basic Microsoft Windows and Office

Hands‑on experience with hand tools and measuring instruments

Good problem‑solving skills

Strong safety mindset

Team player with good communication

Education

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical or related fields
