Job summary

KLENCO (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a field technician to operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical and sensor faults, and conduct calibration, firmware updates and component replacements to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in mechanical/electrical mechatronics or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics or cleaning equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic electrical/mechanical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cleaning equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults.
• Calibrate devices, perform firmware updates, component replacements and system checks.
• Support testing, commissioning and on-site performance verification of cleaning robots.
• Maintain service documentation, maintenance logs and inspection reports.
• Provide user training and basic technical guidance to customers and operations staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendor support teams to resolve technical issues.
