Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for a Service Technician role focused on robotic cleaning equipment. Based at Gul Circle, you will operate, maintain, calibrate, and upgrade robots at client sites, while ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

You will read wiring diagrams and manuals, troubleshoot faults, and provide hands-on user training. OT may be required, with 5-day workweeks and site-based responsibilities.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate and deploy robotic cleaning equipment at site locations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cleaning equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults
• Conduct calibration, firmware updates, component replacement, and system checks
• Support testing, commissioning, and on-site performance verification of cleaning robots
• Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
• Provide user training and basic technical guidance to customers and operations staff
• Collaborate with engineering and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively
