Job summary

You will lead the sales and marketing team, manage full sales cycles, and deliver tailored pre-sales demonstrations and on-site support, with travel to client sites and a focus on hitting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5+ years in sales/marketing or technical sales.
• Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; valid driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to hit targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to deal closure.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and on-site assistance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer-tailored presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and management reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve issues promptly.
• Review sales performance with management and adjust strategies.
• Advance technical knowledge to propose innovative solutions.
