Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics leader to own the full P&L and strategic direction for the land transport division in Singapore and the region.

You will direct daily operations, optimize haulage networks (FTL/LTL), manage vendor contracts and customs processes, and lead the local road network team to ensure compliance and service excellence.

The role calls for a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least five years of managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain with at least 5 years of managerial experience in land transport operations.
• Proven track record in P&L management, negotiations, and client-facing presentations.
• Experience overseeing cross-border trucking and customs-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L and strategy: lead targets, manage budgets and forecasts for land transport.
• Operations & fleet optimisation: oversee daily haulage, vendor contracts, and customs.
• Commercial growth: partner with sales to develop transport solutions and RFQ responses.
• Team leadership: mentor the road network team and ensure compliance and service standards.
