Qualifications

• Proven site supervision experience in road/construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and progress monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with levelling measurements and alignment checks.
• Effective coordination with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities to ensure safety and on-schedule completion.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors, plan daily activities, allocate manpower and equipment.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and site instructions for accurate execution.
• Carry out road levelling measurements, level checks, and alignment verifications.
• Monitor formation levels, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor material deliveries and equipment availability to minimize delays.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure adherence to safe work procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and defects, report them, and implement corrective actions with the project team.
• Maintain daily site records, progress updates and manpower reports as required.
