Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. is seeking a Defective Operations and Cost Optimization Manager in Singapore to oversee end-to-end defective return operations and drive cost recovery and waste reduction.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, RMA Control Tower, and external partners to resolve gaps, accelerate closures, and maintain financial stability while delivering governance-based performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 5 years in a supply chain role with RMA management.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for local RMA issues.
• Manage end-to-end local RMA ops to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Finance to control costs.
• Lead governance reviews and report performance.
• Drive data-driven recovery and waste reduction.
